Teams · planned design-partner work

Finish the research.
Share the handoff.

Planned team features would make a checkout receipt easier to hand to a collaborator without turning Tab Checkout into another shared workspace.

The team wedge

A clean research handoff, not a new place to work.

One person closes the browser session. Another gets the outcome, sources, exceptions, and restore path in the tools they already use.

HANDOFF

Share the receipt

Export a redacted link or file with the conclusion, citations, kept-open reasons, and integrity status.

POLICY

Agree on defaults

Set organization rules for pinned, audible, editable, transactional, private, and unsupported tabs without hiding them from the user. Being the current tab alone is not a risk signal.

DEPLOY

Manage the extension

Provide deployment guidance, version visibility, provider configuration, and support for approved browser environments.

A receipt in the existing flow

Send the decision, not the tab pile.

A PM can attach a Markdown receipt to Linear. A researcher can put cited JSON in a repository. A designer can share the four live exceptions instead of a 43-link dump.

  • Export without requiring every recipient to install Tab Checkout.
  • Redact sensitive URLs and titles before sharing.
  • Check the payload and linked snapshot for internal consistency.
  • Preserve unresolved questions, not only the polished conclusion.

Receipt first. Close second.

Help define the smallest useful team layer.

We are looking for teams with real tab-heavy research, a clear privacy boundary, and no appetite for another dashboard.
